No device in the configuration, no nothing (if we do not count the indicator light above the keyboard, which is always lit, probably indicating a powered-up condition of the Bluetooth radio).Īs I would like to use Bluetooth also with the Vista installation, I started today to pay more serious attention to the problem and came across the DELL advertisement of the Driver Robot, recommended for keeping the DELL (!!!) computer updated with drivers. My problem is, with the Windows XP installation, the Bluetooth works just fine but with the Vista installation, there is no trace of it whatsoever. I have a DELL Latitude E6500, which I use with different hard drives, one with Windows XP (the downgrade license) and another with 32-bit Vista Business. Please ignore this post for now I may later post my problem in another forum area. That decision was made because a former post concerning Driver Robot was already here. Im sorry for having entered this post in the wrong forum area. I have received a full refund of my purchase of Driver Robot with regrets that the software didnt perform as expected.įor the dysfunctional download part, my problem is solved. I'm inserting my comment and question to this thread because this is already there and quite close to my point.īlitware customer support has promptly responded to my refund request, which I entered on a request form on their web site.
